Will it be recorded?

We plan to film the main speeches and the plenary session / Q&A at the end which will be available via the Natural England You Tube channel a short time after the event.

Can I leave / join part way through

We appreciate due to travel personal commitments that not everybody will be able to stay for the whole day, however where possible we would encourage you to attend the whole event in order to get the greatest benefit from it.

Can I send someone who is not in the RA

There are two spaces reserved for each LNRS area / RA. If another organisation is involved in delivering the LNRS they can attend if it is within the allocation of two participants per LNRS area.

Disabled parking / access

There are 6 parking spaces on the Plaza next to the entrance for the event, these are able to be reserved prior to the event. You can reserve a disabled space via the registration pages if needed. You will need to let us know your car registration number.

The site is accessible via the main entrance, but it would be useful to know via the registration pages if you have any requirements and we can ensure these are catered for.
