Nature Recovery across England – from LNRS publications to
delivery
Leicester Tigers Rugby Club, 10th February 2026, 10am - 4pm
On the 10th February we will bring together representatives from all Responsible Authorities across England involved in the development and delivery of Local Nature Recovery Strategies to celebrate the fantastic work already done and look at how the Strategies can be delivered on the ground.
There will be LNRS representatives from Natural England, Environment Agency, Forestry Commission and Defra present, along with keynote speakers and workshops to help you develop your thinking about moving into delivery.
Outcomes of the day
- Celebrate progress made on LNRSs so far
- Help develop new and better working relationships to aid LNRS delivery
- Share key messages about delivery to support responsible authorities to take on their delivery leadership role:
- Funding LNRS delivery
- Embedding local nature recovery delivery in your organisation and community
- Monitoring and reporting on LNRS delivery
- Share examples of good practice and information about resources
- Identify future needs to support ongoing collaboration
